Principal Responsibilities of the Role:

The Operations Manager will play a key support role to the CEO in terms of operations and strategic support to Thurles Credit Union. The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the highest standards of performance in all aspects of operations at Thurles Credit Union in line with strategic and business goals. The role will be focused on ensuring the member can transact and engage with the credit union across whatever platform (physical, analogue, digital etc.) they wish and in doing so will receive the highest level of service in the most cost efficient way. Principal responsibilities of the Role: 

The BDMO will report to the CEO and will have overall responsibility for marketing and developing Thurles Credit Union services to its members and potential members, ensuring the credit unions profile within the community remains strong and its reach throughout its common bond is thorough. A key function of the role will be the creation, design, andimplementation of a cohesive annual marketing plan and budget that can be rolled out across all relevant media channels. The key objective of the role is to ensure that Thurles Credit Union services evolve and grow and to engage members and potential members in line with Thurles Credit Unions Strategic Plan and targets.

Principal responsibilities of the Role:

The CFO will report to the CEO and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of timely and accurate financial management reporting.  The CFO will support the development and execution of the Credit Union’s Finance Strategy and ensure alignment with the overall objectives of the Strategic Plan. The CFO will implement effective processes and controls to accurately measure and report financial performance and review all financial reports ensuring that underlying processes, review and controls have been completed in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements and that the appropriate supporting detail is in place to substantiate the final balances. North Kildare Chamber Exceeds Growth Targets

We are thrilled for the North Kildare Chamber as they continue to exceed their growth targets that were set out in their Strategic Plan. The Chamber in July 2013 now has 15 corporate members and in excess of 250 members.

North Kildare Chamber appointed Pinta to complete a Strategic Plan for the Chamber in late 2011.  The Chamber at the time was a fast growing non for profit business organisation with one member of staff and a committee which is elected annually. (more…)

Bord na Móna Announce Record Turnover

Pinta client, Bord na Móna announced its annual results for 2013. The overall performance produced a record turnover for the Group at €426m showing a return to profit and a very healthy cash flow.

Turnover up 11% to €426.1m;
Operating profit (after exceptional items) increased to €23.5m as compared to a loss of €3.7m in 2012; (more…)
