Pinta was commissioned to carry out an organisational review of Tullamore Credit Union at the request of the Board of Directors to assess the current state of the organisation and to assess it’s ability to meet the operational and strategic challenges of the future.

The brief was to carry out an organisational review of Tullamore Credit Union taking into account organisational structure, succession planning, operational activity, staffing practices and where appropriate, outline recommendations for change relating to these areas.

  • Proposed a new organisational framework – incorporating the requirements of the Credit Union Act
  • A set of recommendations regarding any HR issues with a proposed implementation framework
  • Defined roles/responsibilities for team members
  • Defined communications and reporting framework between the Board and the management team
  • A succession planning framework
  • Detailed capacity analysis exercise including assessment and recommendations on opening hours and staffing levels
  • A follow up and implementation process

A detailed implementation plan was developed to support the credit union as it transitions to a new operating structure. Pinta provided on the ground support to the management team and Board of Directors in implementing structural and procedural changes over the coming months.
