Tara Brown

Tara has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, having held various management positions with Bank of Ireland, including Treasury Specialist Global Markets, Branch Manager, Business Manager, Regional Implementation Manager and Senior Business Advisor. She is an experienced cross functional negotiator with extensive People Management and Sales Management capabilities. Tara is QFA’d and holds various financial qualifications. She is a member of CIPD and is currently studying for an honours degree in Human Resource Management.

 

 

What do you like the most about your job?

Interacting with employees at all levels and learning about them and their organisations.

What did you do before joining Pinta? 

Worked with Bank of Ireland for 23 years in various roles.

 

What other profession would you like to try for a day?

Nursing.

 

What are your hobbies? 

Walking my dogs, tennis, music gigs, supporting Kerry & Liverpool.
