Our approach is to work closely with you to develop customized solutions and strategies that meet the specific needs of your credit union. The project will involve the following steps:
– Agreeing on the project scope with key sponsors
– Assessing the current state
– Identifying areas that require improvement, explaining why change is needed and the impact these changes can have
– Implementing practical solutions using clear processes and templates to support the integration of improvements and behaviors that will lead to sustained change among volunteers, management, and/or staff as needed
– Providing a project closure report outlining achievements and next steps
– Making advisory support available for 3 months after the project, should the CEO, management team, or sponsors require guidance in any area
– Conducting a ‘CEO Check-In’ 6 months after the project
– Making any template updates previously used by the client available free of charge for up to 12 months after the end of the engagement
