While recruiting a new CEO, a new strategy was developed with the management team. A revised constitution was drafted for the national membership and the executive element of the organisation was re-structured, eliminating excess costs and re-defining roles and responsibilities across the entire head office staff. Performance metrics were implemented and daily, weekly and monthly meeting routines established. The organisation has strengthened its national base, appointed a new CEO and is executing on a focused plan to deliver on a broader service offering to its membership and their families.
“John carried out an organisational review of the structures within Down Syndrome Ireland and after a detailed process were successful in transforming the team into a cohesive unit that was focused on delivering services to our members. We found their team excellent, and we were delighted with the work they completed on our behalf. I would have no hesitation recommending them to other companies”.
