Pinta completed a school improvement planning process within the school and a key part of this process was working with the Principal and Deputy Principal to clarify their roles and responsibilities and ensure they were both working within their area of strength.
We also worked with the teaching staff to improve their effectiveness by facilitating a session with the large team in how to effectively manage their meetings. This ensured the meetings were effective and efficient and maximised the time the teaching staff have for meeting on non classroom topics.
