We prepared & designed a workshop with the Marine Institute Board to facilitate them in exploring best practice strategy development approaches and methodologies. A key component of this was outline the importance of implementing an end to end measurements and metrics infrastructure that would assist them measuring the progress and delivery of their strategic plan.
The Board wanted to ensure the approach assisted them to monitor their performance against key objectives and milestones.
