We led a strategic planning process with the Chamber which allowed the Chamber to attract over 50 new members including several larger companies in the county. The process also improved their profile with the media in Kildare and increased the number of members attending networking events on a weekly basis. This plan provided them with a tool to attract potential sponsors and engage with the greater community, it also presented them with the opportunity to increase the number of volunteers participating on the committees to assist in the delivery of the plan.
Post the strategic planning process:
This growth that has been achieved over the last eighteen months can be put down to hard work by the volunteers and full time team member with the Chamber , that was delivered as a consequence of the framework that was put in place by the strategic planning process.
