A newly formed Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Team within Novartis Business Services (NBS) Group had a new remit which required a strategic planning session to facilitate the team to:

• Provide clarity of what the newly formed HSE Europe team hoped to achieve as a unit, whilst staying aligned to the overall corporate strategies
• Inform and align on NBS implementation strategy
• Discuss Regional HSE service delivery model, strategies, and opportunities
• Initiate training and discussion on change management methodology
• Network and team building
