The Synthesis & Solid State Pharmaceutical Centre (SSPC) organisation, funded by Science Foundation Ireland and industry and is a unique collaboration between 22 industry partners, 9 research performing organisations and 12 international academic collaborators, focused on pharmaceutical process innovation and advanced manufacturing.
In 2013, the organisation transitioned to a new phase where the centre was given an increased remit to support and lead innovation within the Irish Pharmaceutical sector from an end-to-end process perspective.
A key requirement to align all stakeholders around a shared vision has emerged. This will provide guidance to all teams with respect to the roadmap for the preferred future for the organisation.
Pinta were engaged to facilitate a workshop process that developed a shared vision for SSPC that consulted with key industry and academic parters to ensure SSPC was delivering on its future remit for all stakeholders.
A shared vision, the strategic pillars to deliver on the vision and key strategic projects were identified as part of the process. The SSPC core team are continuing to work with Pinta in developing an implementation plan to deliver on its strategic priorities for the 2020.
