Pinta facilitated St. Ciaran’s Community School in implementing a School Improvement Plan.
This involved:
“In facilitating the development of a strategic plan for our school, Pinta made what was an enormous undertaking much more manageable and achievable. Pinta brought their knowledge and skills to the process of consulting with our stakeholders and made the task seem easy. We were guided through the process in a very professional yet relaxed way. Pinta kept us focused and emphasised the importance of being realistic in our goals. We are very happy with the plan, which will act as our roadmap for the next 3 years. Most importantly, we have learned the skills that will allow us to continue to develop our plan in the years to come.”

Pinta is delighted to announce that we are working with Tennis Ireland, the National Governing body responsible for promoting and managing Tennis in Ireland in building an exciting four-year Strategic Plan for Tennis in Ireland.
We are building a plan that will meet the needs of existing players at all levels in reaching their potential, and building the profile of tennis in Ireland so we can attract others to participate and enjoy the game. The plan will provide a roadmap that will help Clubs, Coaches, Provinces and Performance Players, whilst allowing Tennis Ireland to partner successfully with others supporting the game such as, but not limited to, the Dublin Lawn Tennis Council and the Parks Tennis Organisation.
In order to achieve creative solutions one must see the world without preconceptions – “this is how we, and others, have always done things, therefore, it must be right”- this is a trap we get tangled up in every day of the week.
